La Zone’s bookstore is growing every month. Today, we have around 450 titles (essays, social/human sciences, comics, novels, poetry) available mostly in Greek, English and French. We have also second-hand books, as well as fanzines, newspapers and magazines.
Our will is to visibilize the breadth of anarchist (or anarchist-inspired) publications, especially through the proliferation of small independent/DIY publishers that translate or re-translate texts or update emancipatory thoughts and practices.
For the coming years, we want to maintain our independence so that we remain free in our selection of books and events. Our aim, starting September 2025 and for the coming years, is to further expand our selection of books, continuing to host publications in Greek, English, and French, but also in other languages such as Italian, Serbian, Albanian, Arabic, Farsi, Lingala, and Spanish. We also want to continue organising meetings with authors, translators and comrades.
